Dr. Gautami Agastya specializes in the treatment of complex diseases in adults.  She is  Board certified  in Internal Medicine since 1996. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Huron Hospital, an affiliate of Cleveland Clinic Foundation, located in Cleveland, OH.  She is an active member of the American College of Physicians and has been elected to Fellowship in the college. She continually works to advance her education so she can treat her patients with the most up-to-date scientific knowledge and advanced healthcare options, techniques, and procedures available. She has also gained  board certification in Obesity Medicine, American Board of Obesity Medicine ,placing her at the cutting edge of advances in management of obesity lifestyle and diabetes.

The doctor has over 20 years of experience in working with patients. . Her focus is on preventive care and advocates healthy lifestyle and routine health screenings and offers comprehensive care. She can effectively diagnose and treat many chronic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension arthritis, asthma, geriatric conditions including dementia.  She has active privileges at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.

The doctor has also expanded her practice to include many cosmetic procedures. These are selective and available by a separate consultation unrelated to medical appointments. Please email us for more information regarding availability.

Currently DR Ramana Adapa is working part time and is available only for established patients. He is lead physician at Livermore National Laboratory and he is available in our practice by appointment. His area of interest includes joint disorders musculoskeletal injuries and ailments .He has been trained for PRP treatments for joint and muscular ailments  and hopes to offer this service soon at our office
